Mrs Cook was retired account representative of Texarkana Water Utilities; advertising representing of American Classifieds and Texarkana Gazette. She was a member of Buchanan First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband Horace Cook; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Chris Crawford and Terri and Rodney Lance; two brothers, Leland Langston and Thomas Langston; one sister, Martha Payne; one granddaughter, Jami Duran; two grandsons, Cory Cook and Aaron Lance; two great-granddaughters and a host of other family and friends.
Service will be at 2pm Sunday, November 2, 2014 at Buchanan First Baptist Church with Rev. Don Brazile officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Parke under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Saturday, November 1, 2014 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
