Mrs. Foster was born February 28, 1951 in Texarkana, Arkansas. She was a retired LVN nurse and was a member of Cleburne Bible Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Diann Grigsby of Cleburne,Texas and Darla Cazares of Dunkirk, Maryland; one son Douglas Latham of Texarkana; seven grandchildren Matthew Latham of Texarkana, Andrew and Sean Latham both of Hooks,Texas, Tiffaney Cowley of Odessa,Texas, Kylee Grigsby of Cleburne, Texas and Victoria Cazares and Antonio Garcia both of Dunkirk, Maryland along with two sisters and four brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Monday night at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Warren Latham officiating.
