I didn't know Patsy long but on a visit to Texarkana she was wonderfully gracious and welcoming to this virtual stranger. It's no wonder she was well loved. I am sorry for your loss.

I just today happened to see Patsy’s obit. I am truly sorry for your loss. Even though we seldom saw each other after retirement, I still considered her as a close friend. She did me the greatest favor I ever received. As I sat home keeping my kids, she called and said, you need to go to work. There is an opening in special services and you have been hired. Come and meet your boss. The rest is history. Thank you Patsy! I hate I didn’t know she had passed away.  I loved her.

Patsy was a longtime very dedicated employee at TISD.  I believe it took about four or five people to replace the work that Jim and Patsy did when they retired.  They were known for hard work and incredible accuracy.  So sorry to hear about the loss but lots of fond memories about the great work that she did.  I am so happy that Jim and Patsy had many years of great retirement and fun together.  They are a wonderful couple and great people.

I was a Wake Village brat too and all WV kids knew who all the other brats were.  Years later in 1982 I went to work in TISD with Patsy and Jim.  We were a good group back then and enjoyed each other's company.  I am saddened to hear about Patsy's death.  My thoughts and prayers are with Jim and the family.   I regret that I will be out of town and unable to attend but my heart with be with all of you.

Knew Patsy at TISD in early 80's and always enjoyed taking breaks
with the "girls" & Mr. Culpepper in accounting. She always shared
stories about her kids & Jim.  May she rest in peace and prayers to
the family to cherish her memory forever.

Pasty was my sister-in-law & always had a smile for all she encountered.   I'll always remember the twinkle in her eyes  & her soft spoken ways.  She was a wonderful companion to Jim, my deceased husband's younger brother. They were so happy together.  Rest well with the Lord til we meet again, gal.

Rest in Peace, sweet Aunt Patsy.  You welcomed me into your family with open arms and your contagious smile. My children will always keep your Christmas ornaments you made and remember your kindness and love for them.  Our most heartfelt condolences go out to Uncle Jim and the family.
