Paul was preceded in death by his brother, father and mother.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Starr; three daughters, Hope Starr, Megan Clark and Destiany Steele; six sons, Wesley Bunch, Joshua Starr, Jacob Starr, Gavin Starr, Charlie VanAlstine and Larry Steele; brother, Scott Starr; and 18 grandchildren, Brentley, Spencer, Walker, Kynleigh, Bailee, Camdyn, Blair, Ryan, Cheyanne, Mackenzie, Jensen, Annabel, Adrian, Aviah, Ethan, Jenny, Caleigh and Charlotte.
Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2023 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with burial in Sylvernino Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the funeral home.
