Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Vera and Mickey Nicklas of Texarkana, AR; sons, Randy J. Soule, Jr. of Texarkana, AR and Eric J. Soule of Texarkana, AR; sister, Karen Budick of Poland, NY; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Wilton and Martha Elwick of Texarkana, TX; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorial Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. Richard Thompson and Rev. Mike Adams officiating. Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
