Robert Gerald Fowler, 87, of Fouke, AR passed away July 17, 2018 in a local hospital. Mr. Fowler was born July 5, 1931 in Miller County, AR. He was retired from Western Waste as a heavy equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Lou Vaughn Fowler; second wife, Louise Fowler; son, Michael Fowler; grandsons, Shannon Fowler and Benjamin Fowler.
Survivors include his daughters, Brenda and Mike Pilgreen of Fouke, AR and Gail Simpson and Johnny Adams of Texarkana, AR; sons, Ronnie Fowler of Cincinnati, OH, and Dennis Fowler and Kenneth Fowler, both of Texarkana, AR; brother-in-law, David Heineke; 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown with Pastor Lonnie Jones officiating. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018 at the funeral home.
