Rodney Ben Cummings "Butch"

Rodney Ben Cummings " Butch" , 67, of Texarkana, AR passed away May 21, 2014 at his home. Mr. Cummings was born March 7, 1947 in Texarkana, AR. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran; and a member of the National Knife Collections Assoc.; Queen Cutlery Collectors member; and member of IBEW.

Survivors include his wife Nancy Cummings of Texarkana, AR; his children, Lynn and Clint Baird and Lorraine Murray all of Texarkana, AR and Dawn and Jesse Garcia of Nashville, TN, Diane and Bob Stanton of Texarkana, AR, Robert Haynes, II of Texarkana, AR; grandchildren Eamonn Murray, Aidan Murray, Robert Haynes, III, Jonathon Haynes and Kristi Brewster all of Texarkana, AR, and Kaycee Nix of Rockwall, TX and Haley Baird of Texarkana, AR; and sister and brother-in-law, Regina and Kenneth Pierce .

Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday May, 23, 2014 at East Funeral Home-Downtown.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at East Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel with Brother Wallace Edgar officiating.

Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
