He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Haworth of Texarkana, AR, son and daughter-in-law, Shannon and Shelva Haworth of Texarkana, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and John Woisard of Nash, TX; two brothers, Bobby Joe Haworth of Nash, TX and Clifton Haworth of Nash, TX; sister Paula Markham of Nash, TX; two grandchildren, Ava Elizabeth Haworth and Hannah Grace Haworth.
Family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
