Survivors include his wife, Tosha Owens, of Texarkana, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and Jacob Hano of DeKalb, TX; son, Ronnie Lance Owens of New Boston, TX; stepdaughters, Haleigh McLean of Texarkana, TX and Shelby White of Maud, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Donald Pugh of Texarkana, TX; and brother-in-law, Tony McLean of Texarkana, AR; mother-in-law, Rae McLean; and 7 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 4 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2016 at New Life Tabernacle, 1118 Wood St., Texarkana, TX with Deacon David Fowler officiating.
