Mr. Garner was born February 23, 1945 in Seminole, Oklahoma. he was a retired business owner and a railroad conductor and a member of First Baptist Church Moores Lane.
Survivors include his wife Dana Garner of Texarkana,Texas, son; Thomas Kristopher Garner of Albuquerque, New Mexico, daughters; Allison Prince of Plano, Texas and Dr. Elizabeth Williams of Cary, North Carolina. His grandson; Tristan Prince of Plano, Texas and granddaughter Ella Williams of Cary, North Carolina, a sister Victoria Robelais of Durant, Oklahoma and a nephew Jeff Reirdon of Durant, Oklahoma.
Memorial Services will be announced at a later date.
