William Fred Carter, 58, of Texarkana, AR passed away July 8, 2014 at his home. Mr. Carter was born February 15, 1956 in Texarkana, AR. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marines and a retired truck driver.
Survivors include his daughters, Salina Carter and Jenny Savage; grandchildren, Nevin Shew, Malea Allen, and Jacob Savage; and two brothers, Otha Phillips and John Phillips.
Memorial graveside service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Old Salem Cemetery with Chris Hooten officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
