Wilma Marie Watson

Wilma Marie Watson, 90, of Texarkana, TX passed away July 7, 2016 in a local nursing home. Mrs. Watson was born September 27, 1925 in Hackett, AR. She was a member of Hardy Memorial Methodist Church and the Village Garden Club. Mrs. Watson retired from Day & Zimmerman after many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Fay Watson, a son Charles Sidney Watson; grandson Michael Allen Watson, II.

Survivors include her son and daughter -in-law, Michael Allen and Kellie Watson of Texarkana, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Elizabeth and Glen Owen of Texarkana; 2 grandchildren, Heather Nicole and Chad Doddy and Sean Watson of Arlington, TX. one granddaughter-in-law Brooke Watson; 3 great grandchildren; plus two special friends Carolyn Greenwood of Texarkana, Hazel Hagin of Atlanta, TX.

Services will be10 A.M. Monday, July 11, 2016 with Mr. Jerry Black officiating . Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.

Family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday prior to the service from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
