He graduated from Aldine High School, where he played baseball, his favorite sport. Adam was married to Charlotte Overstreet Cantu on June 8, 2013. He was proud to serve a long career in transportation and airline customer service for Sunstate Equipment Rentals, Harris Construction, Leeway Transportation, and Continental Airlines.
Adam had a deep love for the Lord, and he shared his faith often with others. He was known as a kind, friendly, and faith-filled man who would help out anyone in need. Adam enjoyed traveling with his family, playing baseball, watching various Texas sports teams and raising his blended family in a Christian household. Adam was a very proud American and believed in his country.
He is proceeded in death by his beloved father, Roy Cantu.
Adam leaves behind his lovely wife, Charlotte Cantu, daughter, Ava Cantu, son, Graham Cantu, stepson, Gavin Lawrence, stepdaughter, Gabriella Lawrence, mother, Neomi Cerda, stepfather, Joe Cerda, brothers, Emmanuel Cantu, Robert Fernandez, Isaac Fernandez, Vincent Fernandez, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Adam will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, 7555 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, August 26, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 7555 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459.
