Betty passed away March 28, 2017 at the wonderful age of 94. Born February 17, 1923 to Walter and Gertrude Higgins, Betty lived a wonderful life with her husband of 56 years, Carl Harp. They had four boys, Charles Robert, Kenneth Michael, James Craig and Dennis Carl. Betty loved her children and thought they were the best she could have asked for in life. Betty enjoyed many activities: reading, dancing, sewing, crocheting, knitting, quilting, cross stitching, genealogy as well as gardening. She lived in many different locations in the country and loved every one of them. She loved people, had many friends and enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren when she could. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and all wish her good journey in her next life.
