Cathy Lynn Appelquist Trahan, of Houston, Texas, passed away on January 27, 2016. She was born July 11, 1955 to Bob and Maggie Appelquist in Dallas, Texas. She had a passion for her family, friends and pet Beagle, Ricky, and was always looking to help people in need. She enjoyed being outdoors, traveling and family vacations, and could never take enough photographs. She was a loving daughter, mother and friend, and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her stepson and daughter-in-law Jeremy and Lia Trahan, of Austin, Texas; daughter Lindsey Trahan, of Houston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law Luke and Emily Trahan, of Spring, Texas; and sister Theresa Appelquist, of Dallas, Texas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 1pm, at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home.
