Christopher Sean Canion passed away at his home in The Woodlands, Texas on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the age of 45.
Chris is predeceased by his mother, Linda Canion, his grandfather, Marshall Harrington, and grandparents, Elmo and Lota Canion.
Chris is lovingly remembered by his father Jim Canion of The Woodlands; brothers James and Michael Canion of The Woodlands; sister Missy Thomas and husband, Philip of The Woodlands; grandmother, Mildred Harrington of The Woodlands; and numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Chris was born in Houston, Texas on April 5, 1970. He graduated from McCullough High School in 1988 and attended college in Austin, Texas. He worked in Austin for several years, before making the decision to move back to The Woodlands and be closer to his family. Chris spent the last several years of his life working in the automotive industry.
Chris enjoyed cooking, going to sporting events, telling stories from growing up, and spending time with his family and friends. He had a big heart and would do anything for anyone without having to be asked. He will be missed by many.
A private celebration of Chris’ life will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016, between 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Please contact the family for location and details.
