Dayrel’O Deanna Tigrett, 67, of Spring, Texas, died January 19, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her family, after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. She was born in Henrietta, Texas, on February 16, 1945, the fifth daughter of the late Clifford and Almeda Richardson
She retired from AT&T after 30 years of service and managed to keep herself very busy by volunteering at the school, helping with the Girl Scouts and volunteering at Houston Northwest Hospital.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Bill; her son Randy and his wife Jeanette, daughter Stephanie, son Shaun and his wife Jacque, daughter Jessie, her daughter-in-law Ricki, her grandchildren, Amy and her husband John, Carmen and her husband Ryan, Randi, Kristen, Steven and Cheyanne Rose; her great-grandchildren, Josiah, Aaryn, Annabell and Ava Grace, her sister Lois, her sister Mary Ellen, her sister Cheron and her husband Buddy, Brother-in-law Ed and his wife Jan, Brother-in-law Danny and his wife
Judy, Sister-in-law Sharon and husband Bill and Brother-in-law paul and his wife Susan and numerous nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Almeda Richardson, her sister Faye, her son Steven and her granddaughter Baby Randi.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 23, 2013, from 5-8 pm and Funeral services will be Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 2 pm all being performed at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 18000 I-45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
The family would like to thank Dr. Angela Coscio, who was Deanna’s Oncologist, for taking such good care of her.
The family would also like to thank the Memorial Hermann Hospice Team that was assigned to Deanna: Jennifer, Terry, Pam, Donna, Dan, Jani and especially Mrs. Carmen. Thank you all for your dedication and kind, caring ways. You were truly a blessing to us during this most difficult time.
