Elsie L Rogers was born October 23, 1938 to Joseph and Mary Voss in Pryor Oklahoma, and was the 5th child of 8 children. Elsie was married to Emmett Alexander Rogers and they had 4 children. She fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a nurse in 1979.
Elsie is preceded in death by her loving husband Emmett, her parents and 6 siblings.
She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her countless friends and her church family.
There will be private family services.
