“Lupe” as we all called him, was admired by all his family, best friends, nieces and nephews. He was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh, strength, and helping compassionate spirit. He was in the Armed forces where he joined to be a Marine for the United States Marine Corps in which he proudly served his country and fought during the Vietnam War. He told many stories, but one always stuck and that was when he cussed out the general and got in trouble for it but was admired afterwards.
He enjoyed playing baseball with his best friends in his younger years, taking trips with family, gambling & scratch offs (did I mention he always would win something – he just had that luck) , coffee and enjoyed listening to music while he went for drives. One of his favorites - Garry Hobbs. He was always there for his relatives to lend a helping hand when needed. He worked at PRSI Pasadena Refining as an instrumentation worker receiving an honorary award upon retiring for his 35 years of dedication and loyalty. He will be deeply missed.
R.I.P “Apa” / we love you grandpa ♥
