Howard Thomas McConnell, age 72, of The Woodlands, TX, died Thursday, August 22, 2019. He was born February 19, 1947 in Englewood, New Jersey and was the son of the late Joseph Howard McConnell and Anne Ethel (Yatsko) McConnell.
Howard was President/CEO of Houston Well Screen, on the Board of Directors of Van der Horst, and a real estate broker. In 2016, Howard and his wife, Cindy, moved back to Texas to be closer to family.
Howard is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Cindy McConnell; along with his daughter, Heather Payne, son-in-law, Michael Payne, four grandchildren, Madeline, Gabrielle, Alexandra and Luke, brother, Gary McConnell, and many loving family and friends in TX, NY, NJ, FL and the Carolinas.
A Celebration of Life for Howard will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday, August 30 at the home of Michael and Heather Payne.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name and sent to Friends of Montgomery County, TX Animal Shelters 330 Rayford Road #114, Spring, TX 77386.
