Mildred Gladys Perkins

Gladys Mildred Perkins was born April 27, 1925 in Houston Texas, and departed this world on November 24, 2025 in Jacksonville Texas. She and Richard were married for 71 years. She worked for Spring Branch School district for many years. A lifelong Christian who loved the Lord. She was a loving wife and mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Mildred is preceded in death by, her parents Roe Gusta Roberts, and Mollie Lillian Roberts, her husband Richard Perkins and brothers Jessie, Earl, Melvin, Brother, Tony, Vernon and sisters Etna, Vera.

She is survived by, son; Larry Perkins and wife Shannon of Springfield MO., daughter; Deb Evans and husband Patrick of Jacksonville TX, grandchildren; Chris Perkins and wife Alisha, Alisa Lofton, Jacob Colburn and wife Cindy, Erin Waters and husband Russell, Alex Evans and wife Ashlei. Great grandchildren; Aidan Waters, Bailey Waters, Kylie Lofton, Keira Lofton, Preston Perkins, Chase Perkins, Ashley Gomez Murphy, Salome Colburn, Graham Colburn, Gabriel Evans, Elliott Evans, and great great grandchild Zemora Murphy.

A visitation for Mildred will occur Monday, December 1, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Magnolia room at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 South, The Woodlands, TX 77384.

A funeral service will immediately follow in the same venue at 12:00 PM and a graveside service will take place at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
