His success as an agent earned him recognition in addition to international travel and he was promoted to agency manager to start his own agency district. He continued winning accolades as a manager and later as an agency field executive. He earned nationwide recognition from his peers and was regularly invited to teach and inform other State Farm executives across the company. Noble was instrumental in implementing some of the systems and ideas State Farm has in place today. He was very well liked and respected in his career. In 2006, he retired as one of the most successful Agency field executives of his era.
