Born in Trelawny, Jamaica, she was a daughter of the late Lascelle Carter and Lucille Hanson.
She is survived by her four children: Wolverton Ellis, Spring, Texas; Robert Ellis, Conroe, Texas; Sharon Ellis-Haynes, Spring, Texas; Karen Ellis-DeSouza, Roosevelt, New York. Pauline was blessed to have 8 grandchildren who survive her, Stephen Ellis, Candyce Ellis, Kyla DeSouza, Breann Haynes, Taylor Ellis, Keyra DeSouza, Robert Ellis, Jr., and James Ellis. Additionally, she is survived by 3 siblings, George Raphael, Marie Saunders, and Carlos Anthony. She is predeceased by one sibling, Barrington Hugh.
She was an exceptional daughter, sister, mother, and friend.
She will be immensely missed by all.
