She was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania on October 2, 1970. Rachel graduated from Lone Star College and received an Associates degree with Summa Cum Laude honors.
She worked in retail sales at the Texan Harley-Davidson dealership in Conroe, Texas and had a true love for her job and her Texan Harley-Davidson work family.
Rachel had a passion and a forever love for her two girls, Matty and Dixie. Being born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, she kept a “Black and Gold” attachment to the Steelers and Penguins.
She was survived by her two beautiful daughters, Madeline Ruth “Matty”, age 12 and Dixie Lynn, age 5; mother, Marge Mt. Joy and Bob Voigt; father, Ray Mt. Joy and wife, Pam; brothers, Scott Mt. Joy, Greg Mt. Joy and wife Kristen, Tyler Mt. Joy; nephew, Gus; niece, Pepper; and their beloved dog “Harley”.
