Robert L Linn, age 86, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025. He was born in Rapid City, South Dakota on July 9, 1938. Robert graduated from Wasta High School in Wasta, South Dakota and then received his B.S. in Entomology from South Dakota University. On February 14, 1966 he married Mary Elaine Fletcher. Later working for the U.S.D.A. at the Port of Houston.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; parents, Emma and Elmer; and brothers, John and Jim. He is survived by his children, Gregory A. and Steven D. Linn; grandchildren, Casey and Shelby Linn; great-grandchildren, Leia and Abel; and his brother Charles Linn.
A visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
