Ruby “Ilene” Gibbs-Mann, 78, of Conroe, TX passed away on September 15, 2011 in the Woodlands, TX. Ilene was born in Oshkosh, NE to Ralph and Ruby Law. Ilene is preceded in death by her first husband Charles Gibbs, Sr. She leaves to mourn her husband of 12 years, Carlton Mann, Sr., Daughters Terry Lynn Gibbs-Carpenter, Melanie A. Dickson (husband Marvin), Linda Sue McAlister (husband Steve), Sons Charles E. Gibbs, Jr. (wife Lee Ann), Carlton Mann, Jr. (wife April), Sister, Nila Sellers, brothers, Robert and William Law, 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
