Ruthy was born to Noe and Consuelo “Connie” Barrios in the city of Torrance, California. In 2006, Ruth began working at Exxon Mobile and it was there, where Ruth met the love of her life, Neil D. Hurley; they exchanged their vows in front of their friends and family on October 16th, 2011 in Naperville, Illinois. Two years later on October 14th, 2013, Ruth and Neil welcomed their first child; a beautiful baby girl named Emma Sophia Hurley. Three years after Emma’s birth, the Hurley’s moved from Aurora, Illinois to Spring, Texas. On July 1st, 2018, Madison Rose Hurley, came into the world, completing their family.
