Steven Joseph Mech

He was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois on November 27, 1953. Steven graduated from Tinley Park High School and received his Associates degrees from Kankakee Community College in Accounting and Emergency Medical Technology.

He was married to Lori Gregerson Mech on August 13, 1976. He had a passion for camping, baseball, hockey and his grandchildren.

He was survived by his son, Daniel (Jennifer); grandchildren, Madelyn, Ethan, and Abigail; brothers, Jeffrey and Leonard.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 South, The Woodlands, Texas 77384.
