He was born in Canton, Ohio August 20, 1945. Terry married Sherry White Quiggle April 13, 1973 and welcomed their daughter, Courtney in 1978 and their son Brett in 1980.
Terry began his career with National Airlines in 1968, and then served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1969-1971. He returned to his position at the airlines and graduated from the University of Houston in 1976 with a degree in Business Management. Terry worked in management until he retired in 2010.
It was in retirement that he found his perfect job working at The Palmer Golf Couse in The Woodlands. Terry was an avid golfer and a lover of all-things sports. He loved to be outside and work in his yard. More than anything, he loved his family. The love he had for his children and grandchildren could only be rivaled by the love he had for Sherry, his wife of 48 years.
Those who knew Terry best will tell you he had a tremendous work ethic, the best sense of humor and the biggest heart. He always gave selflessly to others and seemed to recognize when there was a need that he could fill. He was a devoted Pops to many, but especially to his 5 grandchildren. He was their cheerleader, their coach, their mentor and their friend.
Terry is survived by his mother Donna Crile, his sister Shaughn Q. Saltsman, his brother Kevin Quiggle, wife Sherry Quiggle, daughter Courtney Jasper, son-in-law Greg Jasper, son Brett Quiggle, daughter-in-law Casey Quiggle, and grandchildren Grady, Gavin, Graham, Kennedy and Avery as well as numerous friends and extended family.
