Barbara was born July 6, 1953, in Davidson County, a daughter of the late Dewitt and Verlie Clark Anthony.
She was a faithful member of Christian Cathedral in Thomasville. Barbara was the model of true Christian love and joy! Barbara had two successful restaurants, Brunswick and Our Place in High Point. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for everyone. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, a new great-grandmother, and friend who will be dearly missed.
Preceded in Barbara's death was one of her sons, Joseph Phillip Anthony; and her brother, Patrick Lackey.
Surviving are her three sons, Tony Anthony, Jonathan Hewett and Daniel Mishoe; three sisters, Sylvia, Becky and Judy; one brother, Butch Lackey; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
