Ms. Caroline June McCarthy, 67 passed away on Monday, July 1, 2014 at her residence.
Caroline was born on March 3, 1947 in Chicago, Il to Myrtle Zimmerman and Dennis James McCarthy. She was retired from Brass Craft Manufacturing Company. Caroline loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Frederick Pruitt.
She is survived by a daughter Criscina (Cris) Funk & husband James of Portsmouth, VA, a son Michael Pruitt, 3 brothers, John McCarthy & wife Shirley, Warren McCarthy & wife Carol and Donnie McCarthy all of Indiana, a sister Cecilia Pate of Dunn, NC, a special niece Shirley Raynor, 3 grandchildren, Matthew Funk, Dustin Pruitt and Dayna Pruitt, a great-grandchild Aubry and her beloved dog and companion Cameo.
At her request no formal services will be held.
