Louise was born in Guilford County, August 11, 1944, a daughter of the late Alphefus Spence and Mary Ruth Hinshaw Spence. She was a dedicated employee with High Point Furniture for several years and later with McDonald's, Westchester Dr., High Point, where she was adored by her customers. Louise loved to search for civil war artifacts, history, reading and crossword puzzles. She was a loving Mother, Mawmaw, and Granny and loved her family unconditionally. Louise was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Lee Spence and her sister, Eleanor Joan Branson.
Surviving are two daughters, Leslie Janine Martinez of the home and Melissa Ann Miller and her husband Kenny; six grandchildren, James Evan Taylor, Jr. (Jackie), Brittney Nicole Wahl (Chris), Felix Dakota Euforbia, Nathaniel Darren Lee Miller, Brianna Paige Miller (Chris), Savannah Jo Hagerman (Chris); eight great-grandchildren, Kaley, Kinley, Karley, Graylen, JT, Hudson, Kayson and Mahala.
A Celebration of Louise's life will be held at a later date. Louise will be dearly missed but dearly remembered.
