Ethan Michael Smith

Born on February 9, 1990 in Guilford County to Michael Allen Smith and April Russell Coleman.

He was a beloved father, son, grandson, brother, husband and friend to all who knew him. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand or that trademark sideways grin.

Those left to cherish Ethan’s memory include his son Gunner Michael Smith, daughters Layna Marie Smith and Dallas Lee Smith, wife Jennifer Smith of Asheboro, parents Michael Alan Smith and his wife Dreama of Asheboro, April Russell Coleman and her husband Randy of Denton, brothers; Hunter Coleman, Alan Smith and sisters; Hayllie Coleman, Victoria Smith, grandparents Michael David Smith and his wife Sharon, Diane L. Tester and her husband Charles, William A. Russell and the late Kay L. Russell, Benita B. Hurley and her husband A.C. , Frances Coleman and the late Paul Coleman and David Walker and his wife Andrea and his best friend A.J. Edison.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 on Tuesday May 28, 2013 at Thomasville Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm on Wednesday May 29, 2013 in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor John Shook and Pastor Toney Parsons officiating followed by interment in Floral Gardens Memorial Park in High Point.
