Grady Lee Byerly

Grady went home to be with his Lord & Savior. Grady loved his family and enjoyed the outdoors and time at the lake. He loved his church and was a member of Silver Valley Baptist Church and a Sunday School teacher for the youth. He also enjoyed going to the flea markets.

Grady is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wayne Ray Byerly.

Grady is survived by his wife, Shirley Hinkle Byerly; daughter Sherry Hedrick and husband Shannon; son, Roger Byerly and pet Charlie; and brothers, Kenneth Byerly of Thomasville and Dolan (Nancy) Byerly of Winston-Salem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Grady’s name to Silver Valley Baptist Church or to Trinity Baptist Church.

A funeral service for Grady will take place on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 1:00pm at Sechrest-Davis Funeral Home of Thomasville; Pastor Morris Little officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Burial will follow services at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
