She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Lathan of Denton, NC; son, Tommy Murray and wife Beth of Raleigh, NC; five grandchildren, Luke, Jake and Lindsay Lathan and Tommy and Nolan Murray. She is a dear sister of Theresa (Nolan) Dunlop and Adelle (Nolan) Johnson. She was the sister of the late Phyllis (Nolan) Rochetta, Francis (Nolan) Warren, Cyril Nolan, Thomas Nolan, Mary (Nolan) Ballentine, Joseph Nolan, Rita (Nolan) Ballentine, Freida (Nolan) Paquette, and Marita Nolan.
Lois will be remembered for her tremendous heart, deep love for her family, and her strong faith in our savior, Jesus Christ. If a family member or friend needed help, she was there for them. If someone needed to talk, she always had an ear for them. She always had an open door for her family and friends because she always said “The more the merrier”. Lois enjoyed the simple things in life like the chirping of the birds or a long walk with a grandchild with a ray of sunshine on their face.
