Passed away peacefully on Monday, February 4, 2008, in his 100th year, at his home, The Scarborough Retirement Centre. Devoted husband of the late Dorothy Cameron. Brother of the late Christina Douglas. Mac will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Judith Jackson and her husband Ted, his grandchildren Robert (Andrea) and Bruce (Darlene), and his great-grandsons, Brennan, Eric and Kyle. He retired in 1972 from Northern Electric after 43 years of service. Friends may visit at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Friday, February 8, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. until the chapel service at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. A private interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mac's memory to The DOMAC Fund at Toronto Community Foundation, 33 Bloor St. E., Suite 1603, Toronto, ON M4W 3H1 or a charity of your choice.
