Born on December 16, 1935, in Santa Lucia del Mela, Sicily, she was the cherished sister of her only brother, Filippo Campo. She married our dear father, Fortunato, in 1959.
Mom was a devoted wife and mother. Her home was always a lively and joyful place full of love, warmth, laughter, singing, and wonderful meals. She loved company and would always welcome family, friends, and neighbours with open arms. Her generous, nurturing, and selfless nature made her the heart of our family.
There was nothing she loved more than to see her family gathered in her garden or around her table.
Mom loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren immensely. Her capacity to love unconditionally is the legacy she leaves behind and will live on through her children: Giuseppa (John), Antonio Franco (Jane), Francesca (Antonio), and Antonina (Vincenzo). Cherished Nonna of: Matteo (Jennifer), Kristina (Mark), Marc (Lise), Lucas (Erika), Lorenzo (Jessica), Sabrina, Nicole and Domenic; and her great-grandchildren: Annabelle, Hawley, Quinn, Madelyn and Miles. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends.
A Visitation will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes - Thornhill (8088 Yonge St. Thornhill) on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paschal Baylon Church (92 Steeles Ave W, Vaughan) on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 10:00am. Following the Funeral Mass, Entombment will take place at Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Lane, Toronto).
