It’s hard to find the words to express the sorrow I feel for the loss of my dear childhood friend and high school classmate, Antonio. We shared so many memories, from our days growing up in Aurora Subdivision in Iloilo to the moments we shared as students at San Agustin. Though it has been years since I last saw Antonio at SM Iloilo, the memory remains so clear, as if it happened just yesterday.

My heart aches, but I am deeply grateful for the times we had together. I will always cherish those moments. I pray for your soul, Ton, that you may find eternal peace with God. My thoughts and prayers are also with your family, that they may find strength and comfort in this difficult time.

Rest in peace, my friend. You will be missed, but never forgotten.

On behalf of the University of San Agustin High School batch 83, the alumni officers offer our condolences to the family of the late Jojo. May the family find peace that Jojo goes back home to the Father Almighty as he will guide you towards life.

Ton, you suddenly dropped off our circle and missed the yearly summer get togethers with our high school batch mates. We haven’t seen you since Covid hit. It saddens me to learn that you were diagnosed then and didn’t share your health condition with us. While we respect your decision, I think our classmates will agree that we would have wanted to see you these past couple of years. We will miss you, Antonio, and will cherish the happy memories you left. Cheers on the other side!

Uncle Jojo really helped me and my sister feel at home when we visited Canada in 2016. My favorite moment was when we walked in the snow-covered neighborhood to a visit a old bookstore.

My condolences to Jasmin and family and rest the family. I am sorry that away. May his soul rest peace with lord all father. May light be with him.
