Passed away, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at her home in her 90th year. Beloved wife of George for 69 loving years. Adoring mother of Sandra (Declan) Doran, George (Karin), Robert 'Bob' (Moira), and Tammy (Aaron) Salem. Devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Survived by her sister Helen (George) Peters. Special thanks to Fanny and Mary of St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Helen of Alliance Hospice. Friends may call on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Thornhill Cemetery.
