Passed away peacefully on May 14, 2006 in her 79th year at North York General Hospital surrounded by family. Beloved wife of Roy. Mother of Ann (Edward), Rae, Ian (Carole), Tod (Christina), and Jon (Cynthia). Grandmother of Marisa, Taylor, Mikaela, Sheldon, Britney, and James. Sister of John (Grace), Shuji (Shuzzie), late William (Kay) and Akira. Chiyoko will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. The family extends sincere appreciation to the staff at Cummer Lodge Nursing Home for their kindness and care. A private family service has been held. Flowers and Koden gratefully declined.
