God called Doreen peacefully on Saturday July 29th, 2023, at the age of 93. Doreen is predeceased by her husband Patrick Stewart and will rejoin him in eternal life. She will be sadly missed by her son Frank Stewart (daughter-in-law Karlene Mclean), and daughter Eileen Stewart. She will be held dear in the hearts of her close family Victor Dawe, Patricia Dawe, Walter Dawe, Wendy Dawe. niece Jaclyn Dawe and many cousins and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Doreen will be remembered for her love of golf, travel and group walking. Visitation will take place at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home (Thornhill, 8088 Yonge St), Saturday August 5th. 2023, at 10:00am. Funeral celebration will follow at 11:00am at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to consider a donation in memory of Doreen Jeanette Stewart to the Canadian Cancer Society.
