Passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015 at North York General Hospital after a lengthy illness, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Barbara for 55 years. Loving father of Mark (and his wife June) and Lori Lynne. Adored Grandpa of Yasmin and J.R. Frank will be fondly remembered by all of his family and friends. He joined Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association in 1969 and was Vice President and Senior Actuary when he retired in 1999. Private family service to be held.
