Passed away peacefully on August 27, 2014 at the age of 77. His big heart and strong mind allowed him to live life to the fullest despite the challenges he faced with MS. He will be fondly remembered by his daughters Susanne Bagnarol (Duilio) and Patricia Gordon (Peter), his grandchildren Christina (Justin), Michael (Stephanie), Stephanie (Fabio), Andrew, James and Taylor, great-grandson Alexander, his brother Werner (Margot), and cousin Irene Jardine (Bruce). A special thank you to all of the health care workers for their help and support over the years. Visitation will be held at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 12:30pm until the time of service at 1:30pm. Interment to follow.
