Passed away peacefully on Friday August 15, 2014 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of Myrna for 33 years. Cherished father of Glenn, and beloved uncle of Joan Kelly and Pauline Turenne from his sister Muriel. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Lillian, siblings Charlie, Stanley, Muriel and Terrence and his beloved daughter Leslie Banks. Dear friends of his former colleagues from CTC, where he had worked at an Art Buyer.
Friends may call on Tuesday August 19, 2014 from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday August 20, 2014 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday August 20, 2014 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation will follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
