Born Kuusalu, Estonia. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Ehatare Nursing Home at the age of 94. Loving father of Paavo (Sue), Kathy "Kullikky" (Larry), Elmet "Al" (Julianne), Michael (Virve) and Christian (Diane). Cherished Vanaisa of Lisa (Harri), Todd (Adrienne), Trish, Kristine (John), Melanie, Mark (Nancy), Erika, Kristjan, Laura, Andrew, Kermo, Kerli, Dawne (Guy), Danae and Drew. Dear Vana Vanaisa of Marissa, Eric, Jasmin, Branden, Jade, Madison, Jeremiah, Cameron and Phoenix. Survived by his sister Ellen Hoppe. Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 18th from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Interment York Cemetery.
