It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of John on December 12, 2009 at Hill House Hospice at the age of 41.
Beloved husband of Diane. Loving father of Nicholas. Cherished son of Nicholas and Effie. Caring brother of Litsa. John will be greatly missed by his in-laws Nicholas and Voula Davos, Peter Davos and family, the Santilli family, nieces, nephews, god children, family and friends.
John battled brain cancer for twenty one months, with courage, grace and dignity. Although he lost the fight, John will always be remembered.
To the world you might be one person, but to us you were the world.
Friends may call on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church (1385 Warden Avenue). Interment to follow at York Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada or Hill House Hospice.
