Passed away peacefully on January 5, 2009 at York Central Hospital in her 93rd year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Raymond Locke, loving mother of Sherron (Allan), dearest grandmother of Carrie (Craig), Jeffrey (Dawn), and Christy. Loving great grandmother of Hannah, Sarah, Owen and Vanessa. She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday January 7th from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Thornhill United Church, 25 Elgin Street, Thornhill. Interment Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Thornhill United Church.
