(nee Frappier)-in her 75th year, from Cornwall, Ontario succumbed gracefully January 25, 2010 at the North York General Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by parents Marguerite and David Frappier and brother Harold. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her family: husband Barney Cain, children Cheryl Page(Ron), David Cain, Derek Cain(Steve Lloyd). Her memory will be tenderly cherished by grandchildren Jeffrey MacQuarrie and Meagan McCabe(Matt) and her daughter Cora. She was a courageous and generous woman who put up a long hard fight against her health challenges and taught us all many lessons in fortitude. Friends may call on Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Private family interment will follow in the spring at Paul's Hill Cemetery, Avonmore. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the West Park Healthcare Centre or the Canadian Lung Association.
