Passed peacefully at North York General Hospital after a very brief illness. Rowley was the son of the late Claude and Norma Hill. Beloved husband of Phyllis Mary Hill (nee Rackham) for 65 years. Cherished father of Leslie Clark and Barbara Hill and adored Grandad of J. Kyle Fraser, Jamie Shea and Colin Shea. Dear brother of Gordon Hill of Barrie, Ontario and uncle of Cathy and Brenda. Rowley will be greatly missed by all of his family and many friends. He was a dedicated employee of B.A./Gulf Oil for 40 years and an active member of The Church of The Incarnation. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 24th at 11 a.m. at The Church of The Incarnation, 15 Clairtrell Road (1 block west of Bayview, north off Shepherd). Private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
