Suddenly on Monday, September 11, 2017 at the age of 44. Jason, Beloved husband of Tamika (nee Felix), Cherished father to Ayana, Jarrell, and Mekaila. Dear Son of Joram de la Cruz, Aida Gonzales de la Cruz (Sergio DeBiasio). Loving brother of Joram de la Cruz Jr. (Dara) and Jerome Dela Cruz (Karen). Jason will also be sadly missed by his nieces Jordan and Aiko, and nephews, Tristan and Marcus, and many other family and friends. The family will receive friends at the JERRETT LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill ON, on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm and on Sunday, September 17th, 2017 from 3 to 5pm.
